WHAT IS COUNSELING?
Dr. Littlebear believes it is a privilege to walk part of life's journey with you. In order to picture what the counseling process is like, imagine paddling a boat. Your counselor is paddling their boat next to your boat part of the way and providing support and guidance for that part of the journey. Helping a client find flow is what Dr. Littlebear's philosophy is all about. Whether you are stuck, troubled, or feel like you need some clarity, counseling might be right for you.
COUNSELING SESSIONS
During your first session, Dr. Littlebear will make sure you understand what sessions are all about. She will assess your symptoms and needs to determine the best treatment plan and frequency of sessions. Initial sessions last approximately 55 minutes in length. Dr. Littlebear accepts some insurance while clients are also welcome to self-pay.
